Who am I?
I’m the
guy who was 200lbs with a 40" waist at 15, and
230 with a 44" waist by the time I was 17, and I defiantly didn’t
feel like going to the pool with my shirt off, hell I bought every big
GIANT shirt I could to hide my size. But EVENTUALLY I QUIT
PROCRASTINATING and DECIDED to do something about it.
I started with my diet, OHH THE HORROR STORIES, sufficed to say IT
DIDN'T WORK. So I went with what works and started working out, I worked
out fanatically 5 to 6 days a week from 2 to 4 hours a day with no real
understanding of what I was doing but the dream of benching BIG. Hey I
was in high school, low self esteem, no girlfriend and not much else to
do. So told myself enough was enough and I wouldn’t stop till I became
the BEST (to be honest I didn’t know what that meant I just wanted to be
better than I was). Well 8 months later of random extreme training that
only the gift of youth kept me from seriously injuring myself I
went from a 44” waist to a 34” and my bench went from 185
to 405.
Dave Carter is BAD ASS! Now that I got that out of the way, I'll
explain why it's a fact...
I'm an IT consultant who travels often for work. Since 2005 I've taken
muay thai at 3 different schools to date. I met Dave when I began
training muay thai at Team Lloyd Irvin Martial Arts in Arlington, VA in

Years
later I learned what the true secret to my success was, AND ways to take
it and myself FAR beyond where I was, faster, and with A LOT LESS
TIME IN THE GYM. Yup no BS, today I'm in much better shape than
I was in college walking around at 230 at about 5% bodyfat and not much
flexibility. Now years later working full time and then some, trapped behind a desk for 40,

Well I

me drills that I could practice away from the gym to help me
